Vi prøver så godt vi kan å sende ut ordrene så raskt som mulig. Her er litt informasjon om hvordan vi sender ut ordre og hvordan du kan få levert pakken din.

Fraktpris

Vi tilbyr gratis frakt over 699kr. Ved ordre som får plass i postkasse blir Posten Pakke i postkasse benyttet. Om pakken blir for stor, får du gratis frakt med Posten Pakke til hentested (tidligere kalt "Servicepakke").

  • Posten Pakke til hentested - 79kr (gratis om pakken din er for stor til postkasse)
  • Bring Hjemlevering - 149kr
  • DHL Express - 249kr

Utsending

Vi sender ut alle ordre innen 1 virkedag. Kjøp som blir gjennomført før kl 14 blir sendt ut samme dag.

Uavhentede pakker

For pakker som ikke blir hentet og sendt tilbake til oss forbeholder Calimera seg retten til å debitere en avgift på 150kr for de kostnadene som ekspederingen har påført oss.

Returns

Nope! We offer free returns and exchanges for Norwegian customers. Get in touch with us, and we will provide you with a pre-filled return label.

If you live outside of Norway, we unfortunately dont offer free returns. Get in touch with us and we will assist you as best as possible to return your order.

The standard law is 14 days, but we want you to test out to see if the product is right for you. That's why we offer 30 days free returns.

The product needs to be undamaged, and have all the product packaging in new condition.

We usually use 1-3 days to process your return from our side. After we have accepted the return, it usually takes 2-6 business days before you see the returned amount on your bank statement.

Exchanges

Super simple! Place a new order, and send back the products you want to exchange. This way you can be sure the product you want don't sell out while you send back the returned product.

Pro tip: Use Klarna, that way you dont need to pay anything before you get the refund back.
